This Bachelor Thesis focuses on evaluation of a financial situation of the organization in the period from 2015 to 2019 and provides with suggestions for an improvement. The theoretical part defines concepts and specific formulas from selected literature. The analytical part contains of detailed description of the organization together with the calculated indicators. The suggestions for the improvement of financial situation of the organization are based on the calculations from the analytical part.

This diploma thesis mainly focuses on the assessment/evaluation of external and internal surroundings/environment of a specific company between years 2012 and 2016. The first part of these defines theoretical constructs that are then applied in the practical part of the thesis. The external environment was analyzed using PESTLE analysis method and the Porter's Five Forces model. The financial analysis from 2012-2016 was used for the analysis of the internal surroundings. Based on the overall assessment/evaluation of the company surroundings/environment the author applies SWOT analysis and proposes several steps for the improvement.

The master’s thesis evaluates the financial situation of the RACOM, Ltd. company. There are used some selected methods of financial analysis during the period 2004-2008. Theoretical and methodological basis of financial analysis are outlined in the first part of thesis. Selected instruments are applied on this company in the next part. Results from the financial analysis and some suggestions which could lead to better economic performance of the RACOM, Ltd. company are in the final part of this thesis.

This thesis deals with the financial analysis of Slovácké Strojírny, a.s. from 2007 - 2010. The theoretical part is devoted to literary research, where I am trying to outline the nature and importance of financial analysis precisely. The practical part includes a brief introduction of the company and further investigation carried out by financial analysis. The final part contains the results of the evaluation findings including recomendations and suggestions for further business activity.

The final part presents proposals and recommendations to improve the financial situation of the selected company.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of a financial situation of the company ARKO MONT, s.r.o. It is used the correct assessment of a rating of the company, which is reached by using the method of financial analysis. There are used accountant sheets from years 2006 till 2008. This paper consists from two main parts – the theoretical part and the practical part of the financial analysis. Finally, there are formulated the improvements of the current situation of the company which are based on the basis of results of the made financial analysis.
